THE TEAM AT PIRNIA LAW GROUP

“DRIVEN TO BE THE BEST PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEYS IN LOS ANGELES”

Ardy Pirnia, Esq. was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. After attending both the Universities of California Santa Barbara (UCSB) and Los Angeles (UCLA), Uncle Ardy (as he is better know in and around Los Angeles) took one entire year of schooling and travelled the world. It was in Morocco that he found is calling to be a trial attorney and philanthropist, and soon thereafter he began law school at the Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law. After winning multiple Trial, Appellate and Negotiation competitions throughout the country during his tenure at Pepperdine, Uncle Ardy won the extremely competitive Oral Advocate of the Year Award in 2012. After working for multiple firms for several years, Uncle Ardy founded THE PIRNIA LAW GROUP in April 2014 and has not looked back ever since. Although Uncle Ardy works 60+ hours a week, he still finds time to Netflix and Chill, Play Basketball both recreationally and with the PLG team and spend quality time with his friends, family and plethora of nieces and nephews. As he always says – “TRUST YOUR UNLCE!”

Asa Yashar, Esq was born in Tehran, Iran before and was only two years old when he and his family immigrated to the United States of America. He loved playing Varsity football and track and was inducted to the National High School Football Hall of Fame for Student-Athletes in 2004.

Asa spent two years as a U.C.S.B Gaucho and two years as a U.C.L.A. Bruin where he graduated with a degree in Psychology. Throughout High School and his undergraduate studies, Asa developed a love for the Spanish language.  Fluent in Spanish and Farsi, Asa enjoys being able to communicate with his clients directly so that they feel comfortable and no valuable information is missed.

After graduating from U.C.L.A., Asa began working as a banker in Beverly Hills. While he served his community’s banking needs, Asa went on to acquire his Series 6 and 63 Licenses. With a desire to make a bigger impact and fight bigger fights for his community, Asa signed up for Southwestern Law School. There, Asa graduated Magna Cum Laude (Top 5%), was a member of the Negotiations Honor Program, a Teacher’s Assistant, and a Dean’s Fellow.

Since graduating, Asa has been a member of the Pirnia Law Group (P.L.G.). Here, he handles a variety of cases including car accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, brain injury cases, business disputes, contract issues, and family custody hearings. Whether he is handling a million-dollar case or what some may consider “small” case, Asa is a firm believer that there is no such thing as a “small” case.  Asa and the team at P.L.G. know that a strong reputation is extremely valuable in the legal field and that is why they fight with the same focus and energy for every single client.  Asa focuses on constant communication with clients and creative litigation strategies to accomplish his clients’ goals. Whether it is from the office or in the courtroom, every day Asa is excited to help clients and their families.  To balance that intensity that Asa brings to his work, he likes to hike and walk with Kobe, his rescue puggle, and take trips to National Parks.  Asa’s motto is, “the better I get to know my client, the better I can tell their story.

Hasan Maaz was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley as a Summa Cum Laude and received his degree in Political Science. Hasan currently attends Southwestern Law School as a 2L and strives to gain as much trial experience as he can in law school so he could establish himself as a top trial attorney in the near future at the Pirnia Law Group. Although he juggles both law school and working as a top case manager at our law firm, he still makes time to spend time with his family, watch/play basketball, and relieve his stress by lifting weights at the gym. Finally, Hasan prides himself as a very disciplined individual who treats his work very seriously and even jokingly refers to himself as a “soldier” who is completing “missions” (case work) every day for his “army” (our law firm).

Cynthia Garcia was born and raised in a small town in Northern California. She attended Sacramento State University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Government. Shortly after graduating she was offered a full time job in Irvine, Ca; she accepted and began her journey with nothing but a suitcase in her trunk. While in southern California, Cyndi helped grow one of the largest investigation companies. This busy chica is big on familia and looks forward to her trips up north everytime. She became a member of the Pirnia Law Group family in 2019 as a case manager and is now also a law school student. Let me find out in a few years PLG will have its own latina attorney.

Ali Maaz was born and raised in the city of Los Angeles, California. Ali has completed two years of community college and was consecutively named on the dean’s list for his academic achievement. This Fall 20’, Ali will attend The University of Southern California (USC) where he plans on completing his degree in Political Science and subsequently attending law school. In his free time, Ali loves to stay active and enjoys lifting weights at the gym, playing sports with his family/friends, and going on hikes. After starting as an intern at the Pirnia Law Group as a legal assistant, Ali’s hard work and dedication to his craft earned him a position at PLG as a law clerk to founder Ardy Pirnia, Esq. Despite only being 18 years-old, Ali has not only excelled in the academic realm as a young junior in University, but has also contributed tremendously with his role at the law firm.
